If you are having problems putting items in the cart - and are using Internet Explorer (IE)
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab
Scroll down until you find the entry marked Java (Sun) - and deselect this option ( turn it off).
Close IE down - wait a few seconds then open it up again.
If you can now add items to the cart, you should be able to go back to the Java (Sun) option - turn it back on, and you will still be able to add items to the cart.
We are still trying to find out what is causing this problem.
